Terms & Conditions

GST is not included in the price. The same will be charged on the total package cost payable. Child Policy: 3 years old to 12 years old. Actual rate of exchange will be applicable at the time of payment and as decided by the Company. No refund for un-utilized tour or cancellations which may occur due to weather conditions. All SIC rates are based on minimum guests traveling. Change in the number of guests could lead to a change in the cost of the package. Above rates are not applicable during event/peak season surcharge periods. The rates for these periods would be advised at the time of booking. All packages are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Company. Please read and understand all the terms and conditions before confirming. In the event of non-availability of the quoted package, an alternate similar category hotel would be offered. All above rates are based on special land combinational prices. No reduction or refund is applicable if one or all of the services are withdrawn. Company reserves the right to furnish fresh quote for the package with additional or different inclusions from those offered in the above quote.

Important Notes

• As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room • It is client’s responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary. • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost at the time of booking • It is client’s responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error. • Tour cancellation charge as per below cancellation Policy • Check in for hotels 1500 Hrs& Check Out time: 1100 Hrs • Continental Breakfast will be provided as per Hotel Policy or arrangement. • All hotels do not have tea / Coffee making facility in room. The same differs hotel to hotel and city to city • Itinerary subject to change due to any unavoidable situations. • Group tour will be operated with Minimum 30 paying guests. • Registration/Booking Amount (INR 25000) is Non- Refundable • Prior to 60-90 days the cancellation charges will be : 40% of the total package cost • Between 30 - 60 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 50% of the total package cost • Less than 15- 30 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 75% of the total package cost • Less than 15 days of departure the cancellation charges will be: 100% of the total package cost
